Cancellation Policy
All booked appointments and courses have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please note if you need to cancel an appointment, you must notify Maria at least 48 hours prior to your booking time otherwise half of your payment will be forfeited. This policy helps schedule management and ensures fairness for people that are waiting for an appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
