ANANDA HOLISTIC HEALTH THERAPIES CANCELLATION POLICY
Massage Sessions:
- We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost will be charged.
Workshops:
- To secure your spot in our workshops, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required upon registration.
-Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to workshop.
- If you need to cancel your workshop attendance, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start time.
- If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop or fail to attend, the deposit will not be refunded.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that late cancellations or no-shows result in lost opportunities for other clients to book appointments or attend workshops.
