We all have access to this energy, but it is through learning of Reiki that this portal is opened up for us. This is what Reiki Level One course will teach you keeping in the greatest respect and honour of the traditional teachings of Dr Mikao Usui You will learn - the traditional history of Usui Reiki - you will receive attunments to this portal of energy - its benefits and how you can you can intergrate it’s potential in your every day life through its 5 principals - what energy vibration and frequency is - tap into your own consciousness, your own energy frequency - learn about your own energy centres, your chakras - how to practice Reiki on yourself, your family .. How would you like to feel calm at peace, a deeper sense of confidence and self acceptance. Feeling grounded and safe, not worrying about what others think but instead bathe in unconditional love for yourself and others. Be able to tap into this healing energy whenever you need to.
